Mark Kandarian is founder and Executive Director of Succession-Retirement Strategies & Solutions, Inc. (SRSSI). He offers significant contributions in the disciplines of Succession, Exit and Transition strategic planning for his business owner and high net-worth clients.  Mark began his career in the Financial Services Industry in 1977. However, when consulting, Mark brings a business owner’s perspective with 11 years of experience from 1990 to 2001 as an entrepreneur and business owner outside the Financial Services industry.  He is a co-founder of Network Information Services International, Inc. (NISGI) a Distance Learning (DL) and training platform for the support and dissemination of educational content for public and private companies, associations and educational institutions.  Mark also co-founded an internationally recognized property services and disaster restoration firm.  While developing and distributing their own proprietary solutions, they also catered to a white glove executive residential, diplomatic, museum and gallery clientele.  As former President and CEO of Wilshire Securities, Inc., a wholesale developer and distributor of Direct Private Placement Limited Partnerships to both National and regional FINRA member firms, they procured expansion capital for companies of various industries.  

 

Mr. Kandarian attended the USC Marshall School of Business where he has since been an ongoing contributor to the Lloyd Greif Center for Entrepreneurial Studies as a Guest Lecturer to second year Executive MBA's on topics including Succession, Exit & Transition Planning, Business Continuity and Motivating & Retaining Key Personnel.  He is also an approved provider of NASBA CPE Accredited Continuing Education credits for CPA’s and MCLE for attorney members of the California State Bar.
